High Desert Community Forum

      A discussion group for residents of the Morongo Basin.  The purpose of this list is to share information
 on those issues which incresingly affect our quality of life and to initiate actions which will help to
 protect the rural quality of our community.   Topics may include but are not limited to those of growth,
 clean air and water, alternative building techniques, and the control of vandalism.
