All postings sent to VIP-ANNOUNCE will also be sent to VIP-DISCUSS, but VIP-DISCUSS allows all subscribers to post to the list. If you only want to be kept up-to-date on the activities of Vashon Islanders for Peace, subscribe to VIP-ANNOUNCE *only*. If you want all the information posted to VIP-ANNOUNCE *as well as* the ability to post replies and new messages yourself, subscribe to VIP-DISCUSS *only*.
